Victory Faith Church (VFC) an outreach of Living Faith International (LFI), enlists the assistance of ShareLovv International to provide support to IDF soldiers and Magen David Adom (Israel’s National Blood and Emergency Service provider) and Israelis affected by recent war operations
The October 7th Massacre by Hamas in the South of Israel sent shock waves throughout the world. Within days, the situation exposed the huge lack in critical equitpment needed for ordinary citizens as well as for the IDF soldiers. Many across in the Jewish diaspora immediately stepped into action sending in funds through all and any channel, supporting causes that mattered to them.
But this mobilization was not exclusive to the Jews, for within a few days many Christians around the world also began mobilizing.
One of these was a Church located in Nairobi, Kenya – the Victory Faith Church.
This would not be the first time they have sent funds to Israel though. LFI/ VFC has been a supporter of Israel directly or through other Christian ministries that have had it in their hearts to bless Israel. In 2014, they donated $1000 to the Israeli Defense Forces for the purchase of protective gears for the eyes, an event that was received with good favor at the Embassy of Israel in Kenya
Fast forward almost 10 years and the Church once again came to the assistance of the Nation of Israel. The Head Pastor, Pastor Davies Kimori immediately reached out ShareLovv International with a request to use the funds his Church will provide to assist both the IDF soldiers, Magen David Adom and the affected citizens in those areas of danger.
The funds received assisted in purchasing a state of the art Drone towards one of the IDF ground forces platoon in its daily operations.
The funds also went towards the supply of much needed medical equipment for Magen David Adom, Israel’s National Emergency and Blood service provider for much needed bandages, tourniquets, chest seals, oxygen masks and sterile bandages.
Part of the financial donation also went towards the bomb shelters being placed across the southern and northern part of Israel, an initiative well led by the Vision for Israel
Earlier this year, President of ShareLovv International, Tobi Lovv spoke briefly at the Church in Nairobi and shared a Passover message and was equally receieved by the 700 person congregation who are ardent supporters of Israel.
