The Africa Global Day of Prayer which took place on November 29th, 2023 was a day initiated by the African Strategic Leadership Prayer Network (ASLPN) for believers around the world, spearheaded by Africans, to pray for Israel.
Why November 29th?
This significant date was chosen because of its importance and historic significance to present-day Israel. It is the anniversary of the vote of the UN General Assembly on a resolution to partition the Land of Israel on November 29th, 1947, leading to the Declaration of the State of Israel on May 14th, 1948.
